Frank is the second generation of D’Amelio family leadership of Bio-Botanica. Working with his Father since the 1980’s, Frank played a significant role in the growth of Bio-Botanica with a special focus on increased sales, marketing and an expansion into multiple channels and products.

Dean represents the second generation of D’Amelio family leadership at Bio-Botanica. With an education from the Parsons School of Design and over 25 years of experience across multiple roles within the company, Dean possesses a deep, comprehensive understanding of Bio-Botanica and its brands. His background as an award-winning small business owner further enriches his strategic marketing leadership. 

Dean‘s passion for the outdoors inspires his commitment to a healthy, active lifestyle and fuels his advocacy for conservation efforts aimed at protecting the environment for future generations.

Jim came to Bio-Botanica in 2019 with over 20 years of dietary supplement manufacturing management. At Nature’s Plus, Jim oversaw the manufacturing operations of multiple formulations including liquids, tablets and capsules.

Scott joined Bio-Botanica in 2022 with over 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Previous roles at Pfizer, Pedinol Pharmacal and Fera Pharmaceuticals provided him with a breadth of sales and marketing skills across multiple product categories and various customer channels.

Scott loves having shared experiences, whether it be a sporting event, a good meal or just a great conversation with his wife, their three boys, friends or family.

Larry came to Bio-Botanica in 2009 with 30 plus years of sales experience across multiple industries. As a previous VP of Production at Sweet n Low Confectionary he gained valuable knowledge about customer needs in cGMP manufacturing. In his current role at Bio-Botanica he is responsible for driving our CPG contract development and manufacturing service sales for all forms (liquids, tablets, capsules, powders, creams, lotions, etc.).

Patrick joined Bio-Botanica in 2020 after 20 years of manufacturing and scientific affairs experience in the pharmaceutical and dietary supplement industries. His experience as a Quality Systems Administrator in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as the Director of Scientific Affairs for a large dietary supplement company, lends him a unique perspective in his role here at Bio-Botanica.
