Innovative Cold Extraction for Holistic Quality
Our Founder, Senior, believed wholeheartedly in the concept that life supports life. With that in mind, he created a proprietary cold extraction process he termed Bio-Chelated® that greatly reduced the amount of heat used in the extraction process. Senior’s process was designed to create Holistically Balanced® extracts that maintain as much of the plant’s active constituents in the ratios as found in nature.
Our extraction process starts with finding high quality, ethically sourced plants from around the world. Our network of growers and suppliers has been built overtime ensuring we deal with suppliers we can trust.
While we trust our suppliers, our Quality team also tests to verify that the plants arriving in our warehouse are what they are reported to be, free from harmful pesticides, and adulterants.
Customized percolation tanks and distillation tanks form the backbone of our proprietary Bio-Chelated process, allowing us to conduct the extraction with as little amount of heat as possible. Each plant’s extraction is based on traditional alcohol based extraction methods specific to each plant. Depending on the plant, each extraction uses different menstruum formulas and can take days to weeks to complete.
Finally, we make-to-order finished extract ingredients go through our internal Quality lab testing, validated by a 3rd party lab, ensuring our products are fresh, meet specifications and reach our high quality standards.
