Our founder, Frank D’Amelio, Sr., developed his own cold extraction process he termed, Bio-Chelated®, designed to create high quality botanical extracts designed to retain each plant’s active constituents in the ratios as found in nature.
In our facilities, we make liquids, tablets, capsules, powders, creams, lotions, and sprays for dietary supplement and medical food companies. With a wide range of equipment sizes we are big enough for the established product’s large runs, but small enough to provide dedicated service, R&D support and low manufacturing MOQs earlier stage companies need.
Our founder, Senior, was a pioneer in investing in quality assurance well before many competitors in the natural products industry. Today our experienced QC and QA teams in our onsite lab and third party labs, ensure we live up to our founder’s mandate of ensuring the quality of any product that we make.
