Sample Request Form
Fill out the form and our Samples team will follow up. Fields marked with * are required.
Sample Sizes
Most samples are provided in 1 oz or 2 oz bottles.
Powdered Extract samples are provided in 10 g increments.
International samples are provided in 2 oz increments.
Turnaround
Same day or next business day.
Liquid samples that need to be made by R&D ship in about 3 business days.
Powder samples that need to be made ship in about 7 business days.
If required materials are not available, timing is handled case by case.
Shipping
Free sample shipping is available within the continental United States.
International customers are responsible for shipping and must provide their preferred shipping method and a carrier account number or a prepaid shipping label.
For DHL, provide a prepaid label and coordinate pickup. Bio-Botanica provides the commercial invoice.
